Voiance Languages Services Signs Agreement with Fortune 100 Insurance Provider

Voiance Languages Services LLC., a sister company of CyraCom International, and a leading provider of multi-cultural language services, today announced it has signed a multi-year agreement with a Fortune 100 property, casualty, and life insurance company to provide outsourced language support services.

Under the terms of this agreement, Voiance will provide over-the-phone interpretation and translation services to support the client’s culturally diverse customer base. All services will be performed by the Voiance operations team through its US-Based language service centers. Voiance services will allow client’s customers to have complete access to the client’s insurance services by overcoming the barriers of language.
